6 ways to soothe your migraine

1 Cool it
Feverfew is effective at preventing and treating migraines. By preventing the spasms of blood vessels in the head that trigger migraines, it can reduce the intensity and duration of the pain. It also influences serotonin, thought to play a significant role in relieving headache pain. Other benefits include relief from nausea and dizziness, more restful sleep and relief of dizziness, brain, and nerve pressure; but take care not to overdose.
